Off-Season Athletic Development Program 2024 Information and registration

Trained By Science Off-Season Athletic Development Program in conjunction with the Alpha Wolf Academy.

PROGRAM 1 - Youth Boys
Off-Season program focused on improving physical capacity of youth male football players. Focus group - 13-18 years boys across WWWFC Academy, Pathways & community teams + external players.

PROGRAM 2 - Youth Girls
Off-season program focused on improving physical capacity and reducing the injury risk of youth female football players. Focus group - 13-18 years girls across WWFC Academy, Pathways & community teams + external players.

PROGRAM 3 - Goalkeepers
Off-Season program delivered as an add-on to our goalkeeper program. Training specific to developing GK specific physical requirements.

SESSION DETAILS
Youth Boys and Girls: Wednesday & Friday 5-6pm @ Carmichael Park, October 2nd - December 4th
Goalkeepers: Monday & Wednesday 5-6pm @ Carmichael Park, September 30th - December 2nd

NB: 1 session only in weeks 1 & 10 for testing.
