WWFC ADOPTS MAJESTRI AS ITS CLUB MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Wynnum Wolves FC has recently adopted Majestri as its main club management platform.

Majestri (https://majestri.com.au/) is a purpose-built system that will streamline the club’s registration, payment and communication processes for the upcoming season. Future communication with all club members - from committee members and co-ordinators to players, parents, sponsors and our broader supporter base - will be much more efficient via the Majestri platform, as will the process of making payments to the club for registrations, camps, specials events etc.

All active members of Wynnum Wolves FC will be required to sign up to the Majestri system as a first-step in getting their registration process under way. This simple process is explained below.

SIGN-ON PROCESS

Sign-on or registration is a 2-step process for all players.

1. Register with the club via Majestri

2. Register to play via PlayFootball or GameDay. (This step is completed in January. An email will be sent out to all registered players in Majestri)

Only when both steps have been completed, and payment has been made in full or a payment plan has been approved, will a player be eligible to play for Wynnum Wolves FC for the applicable Season. Please note: Any outstanding payments from previous seasons must be cleared before a player will be eligible to register for Wynnum Wolves FC for the new season.

Payments

When registering, you will be presented with different payment options.

Option 1: Payment in Full

Option 2: Deposit & Payment by of full fees by no later than 15th December each season year.

A deposit of 35% of the total fee is required at the time of registration. The remainder of the fees need to be paid in full by 15th December, 2022.

Option 3: Deposit & Payment Plan

Through Majestri, WWFC offer a very affordable (interest-free) payment plan option for 65% of your registration fees (payment plans do not include the player deposit). This option provides you with the flexibility to pay the registration fee over a reasonable period and minimizes the strain of an initial lump sum. You can determine the start date of the payment plan and the frequency of the payments with the final payment made prior to 29th April 2023.

FURTHER INFORMATION

If you would like club emails to be sent to additional email addresses, over and above a primary contact (e.g. second parent/ guardian), please add these email addresses via the Communication Options section. It is important that each family nominates an Emergency Contact which is different to the primary contact.

We are also organising sign-on days at the club to assist players and families with the registration process. If you were already registered with the club in 2023, you should receive notification of these events via email. REQUEST TO PLAY WITH A FRIEND OR TEAM

We understand that there are situations where players would like to be assigned to the same team as one or more of their friends, especially in the younger age groups.

A request can be submitted to the club. Please email our registrar (enquiries@wynnumwolvesfc.com.au) for your child to play with one or more of his/her friends. Our registrar will forward your request to the competition co-ordinator who will try to accommodate your request.

Please note that due to team size restrictions and other logistical factors, it may not be possible to satisfy all requests.
